How's this for another translation?

Cxu la jena retraduko indas?

We went to go swim in the ocean
But stifled a snide pointing motion
When there at the strand
we all saw firsthand
some naturists -- nude. What a notion!

That translation works a lot better... I feel it conveys the spirit of the limerick more efficiently.

I agree with the above kitty person.

If you like the first attempt better, I suggest you edit the last line, at least in English. ;) This one is great.
