Someone recently informed me that a product was missing from my Cafe Press shop. So I logged on, and found that the design was strangely red. Clicking on the words "Why is this red?" told me that the image had been flagged as a possible violation of the CafePress.com Content Usage Policy and had been set to "pending status", which means it's unavailable to the public.
Iu lastatempe sciigis min pri tio, ke acxetajxo mankas de mia vendejo cxe Cafe Press. Do mi ensalutigxis kaj trovis, ke la desegnajxo strange montrigxis rugxe. Kiam mi surklakis la vortojn "Kial cxi tio estas rugxa?" pagxo diris al mi ke la bildon oni taksis ebla malobservado de la Uzada Politiko pri Enhavoj de CafePress.com do gxi ricevis "pritraktatan statuson", kiu signifas ke gxi ne haveblas al la publiko.

I'm quite certain it is not a violation of intellectual property rights, as I am the artist who created the image. However, I'm wondering whether it may have been flagged for other reasons.

My image is a political statement. It depicts an animal that is half elephant, half donkey (the rear ends). Although there is fecal matter on the ground, its presence is important to the message. The caption states "Walking endlessly in circles, the fearsome Republicrat leaves its campaign promises behind."

I think it's a bit of a stretch to interpreted this as "inappropriate content", which contains "obscene and vulgar comments ... that harass, threaten, defame or abuse" and "is generally offensive or in bad taste".

I understand that some may not want to see a cartoon depiction of feces. I also understand that voters registered with the Republican or Democratic party may take this as a personal attack. But it's not intended to offend the average American. It's a statement about America's broken two-party political system and the politicians who leverage it.
